Sunday was Kanelbullens Dag, literally "Cinnamon bun's day". So of course, I had to buy some kanelbullar (cinnamon buns, singular kanelbulle). Delicious, delicious kanelbullar.
Mmmm.
There's not much I can say about these. The dough is excellent and contains cinnamon (kanel) and cardamom (kardemumma), the filling also probably contains these two things, and it is topped with a glaze and candy sugar (pärlsocker, pearl sugar)
